Learn How to Get Involved Yourself

Get Your Church Involved

We are committed to partnering with and equipping local churches to participate in the ministry of welcome. Currently we engage with over 200 churches, both large and small. We want to encourage even more churches to begin or continue their journey of welcome. To help local churches find their place in this story we offer flexible ways for them to get involved. We call them Start, RISE, and Stand. Follow the links below for more information on each.

Start exploring what it might look like for your church to serve refugees and immigrants. We can prepare an individualized plan for your congregation to learn and launch into a ministry of welcome.

RISE is a Refugee and Immigrant Sunday Emphasis. We can partner with you to design and deliver a customized event or program that will help your congregation understand God’s heart for refugees and immigrants.

Stand with refugees and immigrants by taking what you’ve learned from your RISE event and putting it into action to serve refugees and immigrants in the community.
